ALCOHOL PUBLIC NOTICE

The Kawerau Ex Navalmen’s Club, has made an application to the Kawerau District Licensing Committee for the grant of a renewal Club Licence for the premises situated at 115 Onslow Street, Kawerau known as Kawerau Ex Navalmen’s Club.

 

The general nature of the business conducted (or to be conducted) under the licence is a Club.

 

Days and Hours

 

Monday to Saturday, 0900 to 0100 next day

Sunday, 0900 to 2300, Good Friday and Christmas Day 0900 to 2300

Anzac Day 0500 to 2300

 

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours by arrangement – email District Licence Secretary District.LicencingSecretary@whakatane.govt.nz or phone (07) 3069009 to speak to the Alcohol Licensing Administrator.

 

Objections

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Private Bag 1002, Whakatāne 3158.

Objecting to the renewal of an existing licence: No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
