Plan Change Number Three – Minor Zone Changes.

The District Plan controls land use activities and subdivisions. If you intend to undertake building work or carry out land use activities or subdivision, the District Plan contains rules on things like activity type, height, site coverage, yard separations, noise limits, parking, signs, heritage, lot sizes etc that may affect your proposal.
