The Rates for the 2023-2024 Rating year (1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024) have been resolved and adopted by Council on 28 June 2023 with the Annual Plan 2023-2024.
Council is required by law to revalue all properties in the Kawerau District every three years. The current district-wide three yearly revaluation was completed on 1 August 2021 and took effect from 1 July 2022 for rating purposes.
