How to deliver any submission to Council
Submissions can be delivered to Council by email, by post, or by hand at the Council office. Note that each consultation process has a specific closing date and time. Your submission must be received by that date and time to be considered.
If there is a specific submision document available, download that, complete it, then attach it to the email and send it. Otherwise, write your submission comments in the body of the email provided and send that.

Bring your written submission into the Council main office. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, except for public holidays.
Easter Sunday Shop Trading Policy (Draft)
The draft Policy was adopted on 13 December 2016 and Council now invites submissions from members of the public. Submissions close at 12 noon on Monday 30 January 2017 and will be considered at a Regulatory and Services Committee meeting on 14 February 2017. Anyone who has made a written submission will be given an opportunity to speak at that meeting.
